Cut Throat Golf Polo Review: Score in Style

Cut Throat Golf, as the name suggests, is not for the faint of fashion courage. Cut Throat Golf, draws its stylistic inspiration from the city where it’s based, San Francisco.  At first glance I was a bit skeptical of the large prints featured on their men’s polo collection, but my concerns quickly dissolved once I saw the shirts modeled. These are NOT loud prints and colors a la John Daly’s wardrobe. Cut Throat Golf’s vibrant argyle, floral, and geometric prints are bold but also have a laid back casualness about them.

Cut Throat Golf relies on hi-tech fabrics to create their colorful designs while maintaining a trim, athletic fit. The polos we reviewed were all 100% polyester with a silky texture that was both comfortable and movable. In addition to choosing quality materials Cut Throat Golf also excels in showcasing quality trims and accents – details that meet their mission to help the golfer “Score in Style”. Contrasting colors line the underside and interior portion of the collars. The Cut Throat Golf logo on the back of the shirt is subtle, almost a shadow embossed on to the back of the shirt. The Hex Print polo stands out from the rest of the pack with a 1/4 zipper closure.

One thing is definitely worth noting: take it easy on the beers if you want to wear these shirts. They’re fitted but not in a constricting way. They’re tailored in a way that will show your nice, svelte figure. Oh, you don’t have a nice svelte figure? Then take that into consideration and think about ordering a size up before you make a purchase.

The unique style of the clothes certainly will make any golfer stand out on the course, but also fit in on city streets. The performance of the polyester material also met expectations, staying breathable without going ultra thin like other moisture-wicking fabrics.

So, if you’re in the market to make your hard-to-watch game a little easier to look at, then take a look at CutThroatGolf.com. We suggest their Freedom shirt — the birdies seem like good golf juju. We can’t wait to see their fall line, which is going to include pullovers.
